The lawyers at Perez & Rodriguez, P.A., have a combined 65 years of experience
in trying cases withover 215 jury and non-jury trials.
Eighty five percent ( 85%) of all cases filed do not go to trial-
they settle or are dismissed. However failing to prepare for the possibility that your case may go to trial, is a mistake. At P&R, we handle all matters with the goal
that the case be amicably settled to our clients satisfaction , yet with the understanding that it may very well have to be tried. Simply stated, at Perez & Rodriguez
we try cases. We are not intimidated by the uncertainties of a trial. Our lawyers prepare from Day One as if the case you have hired us on may indeed be resolved by a jury
or judge.

What does this mean to you? It means we begin identifying the key issues in the case. The attorneys at our firm identify what facts we
will need, what arguments to anticipate from the other side and then focus on those key points throughout. We do not believe in just “ pushing paper” in an
endless cycle of needless motions that serve only to drive up the client’s litigation costs, but fail to bring the case closer to resolution. As our motto goes -
“We don’t turn over every rock, just the right ones.”
